We work with the awareness that humans default under stress to reactive versions of ourselves.
We help leaders to expand how they see, by intentionally activating and strengthening a:

  • Relational Layer, honing an Other Lens & unlocking Allyship in our organizations

  • Developmental Layer, honing a Long Lens & unlocking Mentorship in our organizations

  • Professional Layer, honing a Micro Lens & unlocking Sponsorship in our organizations

  • Transcendent Layer, honing a Macro Lens, unlocking Stewardship across our industries

Clients

We have improved performance alongside relational leadership across:

  • high-growth technology start-ups & market leaders (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, Stripe)

  • the world’s premier professional services firms (e.g., Bain, McKinsey & Company, PwC)

  • Fortune 100 multinational corporations (e.g., DuPont, MassMutual, Merck, Microsoft, Shell)
